Yoga

Any men out there do yoga? And find yoga studios to be intimidating places?

I probably shouldn't respond, I am a female. I do instruct a yoga class and I have men in my class. I agree yoga studios do tend to be intimidating and appeal to the spiritual side of yoga. I don't teach at a studio, I find them intimidating too!!! and I teach! Try finding a class at a Rec. Center or someplace where it is a neutral environment. Sometimes the teachers at places where it is not specific to yoga are more fitness based.
