Default I Am Back Guys...

Hey guys. It has been a long time. I am back at it again. I really lost touch after my vacation in August 2010.

Just to let you know I am giving it another shot.

Let me know what you guys have been up to and any new diet/exercise things I need to know about.

Wow, lots of AWOL folks coming back to the fold. Welcome back!

Things are pretty much the same here. We do have another Lose 10% of Bodyweight Challenge (by the Fourth of July) going on over in Weight Loss Tips if you're interested.

In any even, glad to have you back--now get to work!
