That's awesome, you should be proud of yourself. I too am not over weight any more as of two weeks ago but still consider myself a work in progress. We can do it You look great by the way, CONGRATS.

Congrats on your success! I need to get moving and improve my eating habit. What kind of exercise programs did you do to achieve your goals? How many days a week did you work out? I am currently 185 lbs and 5'4" and I want to loose 50 lbs. I do have lots of workout dvd's at home, however, it doesn't help much if I am not doing them. I probably could open a small store. lol I appreciate any feedback you can offer. Thanks!
WooHoo Sassy, way to go!!! Give us some of your tips. My journey is just beginning, 4.8 Lbs. lost the 1st week for me. I work for a food company, we have donuts every Friday, but I am sticking with the salads, meat & fruit for company functions.
I am no longer over weight!!
