Default time out corner

can you please direct me there!, I have been away for awhile and I back slide, to the tune of 13 pounds !,, yesterday I ate lunch and felt ill,, I was back to eating POISON!!!! back on the horse today ,, and so far ave eaten the good stuff !!

I felt and do feel so indebted to this site when I staterd here in June It ( you all) made me feel welcome and inspired I have missed this place,! Thanks again !

Botoepfer!!! I've missed you! Glad you are back. It's a long road but you have friends alongside you. One bite at a time my friend! Your enthusiasm is intoxicating! Which is a good thing 'cuz I don't drink anymore!
