Default Attention Fitday I need your VOTE!

Hello Fitday community!

I recently completed a 12 week transformation contest. It was only part of my weight loss journey but a very significant part.

The voting for the winners has gone public, I am a finalist and I would really appreciate your vote! It is very quick and painless no surveys or giving out your email, just vote!

Nov 30th 2010: 181 lbs, 12% body fat
Dec 28th 2010: 177 lbs, 11% bf
Total weight loss 48 lbs.

The best exercises for weight loss are Fork Putdowns and Table Pushaways.

My rules:
1) eat real food - more vegetables, moderate meat, moderate fruits, less grains, less sugar, less vegetable oils.
2) exercise - moderate intensity cardio, sprinting, heavy lifting, dedicated stretching and mobility.
3) live - relax, de-stress, meditate.

Disclaimer: I'm not professionally qualified to make any formal recommendations. I've just done my homework and I'm my own guinea pig. All of my data, unless otherwise cited, comes from a sample size of n=1 (me).
