Taco salad
1 serving Greek yogurt
2-3 cups chopped lettuce
a little chopped sweet pepper (or hot if you like them)
a little chopped onion
some chicken or beef (leftover if you've got it)
1/4 cup low fat shredded cheese
1/2 cup salsa
maybe a few tortilla chips
Layer on a plate and ta-da, a yummy no-cook meal.

One of my fave wraps using Hormel Natural Choice deli meat with no preservatives and is "minimally processed."
On a soft tortilla layer deli sliced turkey or other deli meat, fresh spinach or romaine lettuce leaves, sliced or mashed avocado, and a drizzle of your favorite salad dressing.
