Back at it!
I had wonderful intentions about logging foods and staying around FitDay while on two vacations, but that just didn't happen. Oops. Now I'm back home and ready to get back on track.
The good news? I only gained 2-3 pounds during the 3ish weeks I was gone. I ate right most of the time, enjoyed a few meals out, dessert, and alcohol in moderation. I didn't work out as much as I should have, but still squeezed in running a few times, yoga, and even a spinning class.
The bad news? Well, I guess gaining a few pounds is bad news, but with my new outlook on weight loss, that's really not so bad.
I'm looking forward to catching up on how everyone's doing and being back in my routine!
