Inches lost
So, I'm not the greatest at measuring myself, but I try to stay fairly consistent lol...according to my last measurements (on the 29th), I have lost approximately 6.5 total inches off my body in the past month!
Keep in mind, I may be off by an inch in either direction since I am not a professional thigh-measurer or anything, but...I'm rather proud of myself! The scale is only showing a minor change, but I'll attribute that to my lean-muscle that I like to think I'm building under my squish.
