Yum! I love Greek yogurt with cinnamon & raisins. Or lowfat cottage cheese the same way. Even with some uncooked oats sprinkled on top. :)

Starting a new week with enthusiasm and positive attitude! I like it! :D

My legs are still very sore from Saturday's walk with the beasty. LOL. I did yoga/pilates/cardio this morning for 32mins....
