They are "Full Circle" Organic Links, I got them with a coupon and figured If Organic, should be alright. If I only eat one today, are these a fairly bad choice, or halfway decent? Anything good, or bad, I'm learning about fats, and carbs with only half an idea... I would love to hear what anyone has to say
