Weight to lose 42 pounds
Day one @ fit day. I do 30 min light weight lifting at home, walk 30 mins every other day and jog about 10 mins daily. I wish to loose pounds and inches ... I need a workout partner and a diet buddy who could help me keep on track. I would like someone who motivates me, keeps me on track , exchange ideas and help me achieve my ideal weight. Any takers??
