My name is Grace, I'm 20 and i've just quit smoking after 3 years of subjecting myself to bad lifestyle choices...
I've been looking back at how i used to live when i was younger, of course living on a farm certainly helped me be more active with the hills and horseriding etc.
However I now live in a city, and can't afford the gym yet, so i'm hoping to record my foods and stay motivated to make further positive changes!! :)

Congratulations on making the decision to get healthy! There are lots of exercises that don't require a gym. Walking, jogging, body weight exercises (pushups, sittups, burpees, etc) all come to mind. You can also do exercise videos, many libraries will let you borrow them (for free) or you can find them cheap a thrift stores. Welcome to Fitday.
