to 30# and beyond
 
Hello, I started trying to loose weight way back in May when I got a new bike...put 800 miles on my bike since then (not a lot, but a little every day) and found that I didn't really loose that much weight. I did gain some muscle and became way more fit...but Apparently, after a certain age (*cough*40*cough*) I actually do need to DIET & exercise. So looking around on the internet I found fitday. I've been tracking my food for about a month now, and I love it.

Welcome to FitDay! Yes, diet and exercise is key, being 40 doesn't make it easier than it was when you were younger for sure. Congrats on the bike, what kind?:D

I have a specialized vita elite, it's a hybrid - great for commuting to work. I live in the frozen north country and have got to find a winter workout to do. OR more accurately, I have to find the gumption to do the winter workout. Not easy.
