Reinvented Newbie
Hi! I'm cassiefaye and I'm a "reinvented" newbie b/c my heart and mind have been transformed about weight loss. I now have a higher purpose for a healthy life. I'm very excited to have found Fitday. I can't wait to connect with others like me looking to change their lives FOREVER.
I'm a recovering from an eating disorder. If there are others out there that can relate, please touch base. Nothing like community to overcome!
Thanks for letting me share.
My current goals:
22 lbs by 12/1/11 (@2lb a week) 190lbs
Current weight 212 lbs
I have a few goals but let's start with the first one and work to achieve that one!

Hi there, and welcome!
FitDay is a great place to turn your lifestyle around and the forums are filled with folks happy to lend support.
I've never been to a shrink, but I have many of the symptoms of being an obsessive/compulsive eater, at least according to the book I read. "Normal" people don't end up weighing over 400 pounds. So I hear ya' about needing to make a permanent lifestyle change and develop a healthy attitude about food.
If you have any questions or need help, don't hesitate to ask!
Regards,
Michael
