You can't set a weight gain as a goal, but you can certainly use FitDay to track your calories in and out as well as your nutrition, exercise, weight, etc. Unlike most of us, you'll want to keep a calorie excess instead of a deficit. The inability to set a "goal" really isn't that much of a problem.
