Default Baby Boomers

Hello Everyone

I am a baby boomer approaching 60 years of age. I have been on and off this wagon many, many times. I am involved with the day to day care of my aging parents while taking care of grandchildren as well and am stressed beyond words. I lost 36 lbs a few years ago (still needed to lose 20 more) but have gained 12 lbs back in the last few months. I am trying get myself back into the mix and take care of myself. If any of you are in a similiar situation, please join me in supporting one another in this thread.

Hi Nancy,
There are a bunch of us in the same boat. Check out the Women's corner, you'll "meet" several inspiring ladies who are struggling and succeeding with very much the same issues. Mostly it seems to be all about resetting your priorities to include YOU at the top of the list.

Looking forward to reading all about your ups and downs (yep, gotta be honest here - we all slip up from time to time).
5'4" 55yr

2.5 years, 45 pounds later... 128ish pounds
