Hello. I've been using fitday but never got on the forum. I just started working out again and hoping I will lose some weight. I am only 4 '11 weighing 118-120lbs. I used to weigh 108-110 before I had my daughter last year. I'd like to go back to my old weight or at least hit 112. For me, its been always hard to lose those last 5-10 lbs. Please share some diet/work out tips. Thanks.
