Hmmm--something is not right.
A 285 lb, 5'10" male with a "seated w/some movement" lifestyle (myself) burns around 2800 or so calories per
day, not counting exercise and other daily activities. Generally, with my daily walk and other activites I'm right around 3000 to 3100.
Your weight is similar, but your burn will generally be less due to your sex.
Are you sure you entered 15 minutes and not 15 hours? 15 minutes would be entered as 00:15 in the activities log. It is easy to enter incorrectly--I've done it myself.
My daily 30 minute walk at 3 mhp is right around 160 calories, just for reference.
So, check that out and if you still have questions, let us know.
Regards,
Michael
