Nice recipes Mern. That sausage and peppers casserole looks like something we'd all want a second portion of.

15 year old walking buddy? Careful there RS, that's the kind of thing people mistake for illegal

Mike, it was split into 2 workouts that were both fairly tough, just need to push myself harder because that feeling when you know you're doing something well really motivates you further.

Tuesday goals fell short a bit, but Wednesday is starting out well so far.

Goals

1. Exercise like a madman
M-806, T-388
2. Under 2k calories per day
M-1626, T-1122
3. Keep fat intake under control
M-28.8, T-67
4. 3 fruit/veg per day
M-3, T-1
5. 3 clients acquired this week
M-0, T-0
6. Don't rack a disciprine
M-N, T-N

Ian the 15 year old is my oldest daughter. lol I don't know how that sounds illegal? She is already grumpy about walking so far with her mom.

I miscalculated earlier, I'm actually down 4.8 (water weight). I looked at my text to Tori, this morning and I told her I was 196.2. I'll try not to make an excuse to gain back the 1.8.

hey just a quick one. was able to keep calories down under 1700 for three days in a row.
My goals
water 8 cups-sun yes, mon. yes, tue yes
exercise sun no, mon yes, tue yew
log everything - sun yes mon yes , tue yes

a silly questyion I have seen a lot of posts with numbers and letters such as 11st, was is this . Nyda

Mike good job on the weight loss. I try to keep to 120 carbs per day (40 per meal). I'm allowed a snack too but I usually eat carrots or some sort of veggie. Mon night I had peaches for dessert which caused me to be over.

I could put a yes beside all my goals and would give myself half for exercise since I was up and down 2 flights of stairs about 3 times doing laundry.

Be careful with the carrots, I believe they have a lot of carbs.


This morning I was 195.6. Down 4.4 in 2 days. Gotta keep pushing!

Nyda: To answer your question, that is another form of weight measurement in other countries. You can Google and convert the numbers or stones to see what it is in pounds.

Week goals:

1. Log everything I eat daily: yes, yes
2. Stay under 1,200 calories/day: yes, yes
3. Push myself to walk faster: no, yes
4. Do daily stretches for better health and to relieve stress: yes, yes
5. Walk with walking buddy in the evenings (my daughter): yes, no (she
went to her friend's house instead)

Looks like everyone is having a great week! I had a good day today, all goals met.

Goals:
1. Weigh, measure, and record everything eaten T=Y, W=Y
2. Keep calories at 1400 T=1711, W=1450
3. Two liters of water per day (to wash away all that vacation salt and sugar) T=1L, W=2L

Good job every body. I got my hair cut and styled today. This was my reward for getting under 175 lbs. We need to pamper our selves once in a while. I am feeling good about this week.
