1) 13k steps per day Failed miserably
2) 100 oz water per day close but no cigar
3) 3 servings of fruits and veggies yes
4) weigh in on Friday (be at or below 203.4)

1) Calories under 1,400 (6 days): M-Yes (1,258)
2) 10,000 steps (7 days): M-Yes (15,303)
3) Log all food (7 days): M-Yes
4) Stairs (3 days): M-No
5) Strength band exercises (3 days): M-No

Recent FitDay reboot starting weight (Feb 2017): 155 lbs
Current weight: 146 lbs
Goal weight: 145 lbs

I've missed my goals but it's been a good day for weight. I weighed in today at 203.0. I'm going to keep pushing and hope I can get below 203 by Friday.

Been working too much to get any of the last goals in, but keeping up with steps and food at least. I will be soooooo ready for a Vegas break this weekend.

oals:
1) stop eating like a linebacker: YUP (and lost 2 lbs.) YUP
2) drink water like a boss (6 glasses minimum, OK a low level boss): six, NOPE
3) do not get into pointless arguments and say mean things (please no one tempt me, Mike) Failed already, yes
4) Veggies are my friends, eat them: could do better, did pretty well
5) Walk this way. In fact, walk any way: yes, yes small
6) Write, real writing: YES, yes and writing group

2 is now turning into 3 days off.

I got up early with intentions of walking but it was 40* out. That might not seem cold for y'all snowbirds but it was like a blizzard for me. My bald head can't handle that. Also I can never seem to keep a coat because I keep giving them to the homeless. I hope I can get some free time to walk and pray it's not another 40* blizzard!
