I tried something new tonight. I make whole wheat rosemary focaccia bread. So with a serving of that, 3.5 oz, I spread .5 oz of fresh goat cheese. Then, I combined 1 oz of natural yogurt w/1.2 oz of left over grilled salmon from lunch and spread that on the other half. I grill my salmon w/extra virgin olive oil & fresh chopped dill from my garden...it's wonderful! Then I sliced one large stuffed green olive...wrapped in foil and warmed it on the panini press. Smashing!!!!
