Hi all,
I have my sex, weight, height all set correctly yet the RDI graphy reports I am getting almost twice my daily intake in calories with about 1900... that doesn't seem right for someone 6' 2" and 202lbs? I believe I should be able to to have about 2800 cals to maintain weight? same with protein 97 is 150% of my RDI? I have also set my excercise level as moderate. little help for a rookie please. Cheers. |

I'm sorry, I'd like to help but I really don't understand what you're asking here, and I've read it over several times.

Hi mcdeyess, I am pretty sure that something is off in your profile. Check to see that the units are set correctly. Wipe everything clear (as in delete all of your previous entrys) log out and back in and then reenter all of your stats. Sometimes FitDay has a memory problem.
