how to enter a pancake

If you have the package information, you can go to "Enter a Custom Food" and copy the nutritional information, then just add that food to your log.
I'm not familiar with carbquick. If it's not a packaged food but instead a recipe, you could try to use this recipe calculator:

Yup, Cassie has it pretty well explained. Either find something "close" or better yet add it as a Custom food (especially if you're going to eat it fairly often).

Each time I see the header to this I visualize a little person cutting a slit in the side of a pancake, and crawling (you know, how do you enter a pancake?) - it's a very cute image, if anyone can draw, we could write a children's book about it!
