Charged twice. Bad URLs
I tried to purchase the PC version.
There was a 30-day money back guarantee. I want my money refunded. When ordering first card said that it would not go through, did not give me a confirmation on the website, tried a different card, got a confirmation on website. Checked e-mail and there were two order confirmations. Then I could not sync from my online account without purchasing a premium account. Bad business. I used to recommend you all the time. Not anymore. I checked both cards and both have been charged!!! Scared for the safety of my financial information. The links for support are wrong in the e-mails using (wwws.fitday.....) that I received and when I searched the forum I found the following:
