Does Fitday learn my actual calorie burning?
 

Does Fitday adjust my calories burned based on my actual metabolism, or does it just keep the default value forever unless I change it myself? I've used other programs that adapted my calorie budget based on my weight loss but I can't find that option in Fitday.

I believe as your weight goes down your calorie burn will go down. Mine did anyways. Good luck :)
