steps and incline training
I started doing steps and incline training today. I'm not sure if what i'm doing is right, so I'm just kind of winging it. I did 460 steps, by running up and walking down, then I did incline walking about a 6th 0f a mile. If anyone has any advice, please help me.:confused:
