World's Fastest Workout Video

Anyone seen this? Anyone have any idea how to log it?

I'm very new at exercising and decided starting with 4 minutes was the way to go. But I don't know how to record it.

I would guess you would put it under circuit training but not sure. I watched the video it looks like a good work out to do a few times a day. Good luck :)
