workout routine

Let me know one thing how much time do you spend while working out..?? i spend almost 40 to 50 minutes.. what about you..?? |
I spend 40 minutes daily. I like to do intervals where I alternate between a strength exercise and jump rope. A few times a week, I'll add in a second workout that is all cardio.

Guys my workout routine is
Monday: Chest & back Tuesday: Biceps & Triceps Wednesday: Shoulder, calves Thursday: Glutes, Abs Friday: Rest And Repeat again,. |
I spent about 45min every day with a good music because music inspire me for exercise

Not near enough legs. And why would you spend a whole day of weight training on just biceps and triceps, the smallest muscle group?? Waste of a good day. Try full body routines 3 days/week using free weights such as; Bench - BO Rows - Squats (circuit 1) BB Overhead press - Pullups - Lunges (circuit 2) Abs - Back extensions - Calf raises (finisher) Notice the balance between push/pull exercises. |
