Thumbs up Is anyone on the Perfect 10 Diet??

This diet starts similar to the primal, you eat like from paleolithic time. After first three weeks you can have some whole grains, but everything you eat should lean towards organic and also NO processed foods. Balance is 40% good carbs, 40% fat and 20% protien. Fitday makes checking that balance easy
The perfect 10 refers to getting 10 major weight affecting hormones "perfect", hence getting rid of additives of all types. I have been on this for 2 weeks but not totally clean as I am using up non organic frozen foods and still working on getting balances and serving portions right. Is anyone else out there on this diet?

I started about 5 days ago and I have lost 4 pounds so far. Like you I am not totally clean with it. Splenda has been around my house a long time and I did not have any Agava Nectar. Lack of time to read caused me to miss a lot while skimming. What I know though I love. Not hungry. No cravings. Just eat whole natural foods. I have made a couple of smoothies using frozen berries and peaches and full fat plain yogurt. This was a lot more satisfying with the full fat.

I don't know if I can get everything organic but even switching to what I can should help a lot.
