Wondering if I can find somebody who is familiar with the Optimal Nutrition of prof.Jan Kwasniewski, so we can share...

Hi, I'm not on Optimal Diet. but i have heard good things about it. it seems more popular in NYC where there're lot's of Polish people tho.
