some help please!
I am new to fit day, and I need help. My resume I am 5'10 265 lbs 44 years old. I played college football and was a competitive powerlifter many moons ago. I work in construction, mainly operating equipment. I want to lose at least 30lbs. I have started this journey many times with not much success. Not sure what to eat, how many calories I should consume etc. etc. I am looking for some advice any and all will be appreciated. Thank you!

Welcome, you will find alot of good advice on this page. It's never to late to become a power lifter again. Just start out slow!! I usually eat 5 to 6 meals a day of lean protein and complex carbs.
