This is my first day on FitDay. I logged in what I've eaten. It really is an eye open to see. The stuff adds up so fast. I need to try finding more filling foods. I need to loose a lot of weight. I need to get myself motivated to start exercising. Hopefully, i can dig deep and get what i need, I'm exhausted, tired, and run down. I am a single mom with 4 kids left at home. I'm shocked what i have done to myself from the depression. Now i have opened my eyes i don't like what i see. I need to change and get myself healthier again so i don't ruin my kids.
