Hello everyone!
This is my first day on FitDay. I logged in what I've eaten. It really is an eye open to see. The stuff adds up so fast. I need to try finding more filling foods. I need to loose a lot of weight. I need to get myself motivated to start exercising. Hopefully, i can dig deep and get what i need, I'm exhausted, tired, and run down. I am a single mom with 4 kids left at home. I'm shocked what i have done to myself from the depression. Now i have opened my eyes i don't like what i see. I need to change and get myself healthier again so i don't ruin my kids.

Hi there...welcome! Congrats on taking the step to take care of yourself. We have a lot of moms here, and non-moms, who are willing to support you. The better you take care of yourself, the more energy you'll have. Check out the forums and jump in anywhere! If you look for threads with lots of posts, they're probably pretty busy and good bets for support. Let us know if you have any questions!
