1--Log EVERYTHING!--yes, yes, no-cheat day
2--Drink Water....lots and lots of water!--better....but not great, no, still not where I need to be
3--Hit the treadmill at least 3 times--nope, no, no
4--Log in and post at least 5 times--Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
