I'm managed an average of 30 minutes per day since I started this challenge, that is including the days of 0 activity. This is the first time that I have had regular access to a scale in the past few months, and I've lost 6.6lbs over the past 7 days

. I know that this will level out in the next week or so as my body starts to adapt to the changes I'm putting it through, but I still like the way that that number looks on my weight loss graph
