Kudos to you! That is a hard thing to do when your a new Mom but oh so important to make time for your self to be healthy. Congratulation on your new baby and your weight loss

Current Weight 166 and struggling (5/19/14)
Goal - 140# lose weight slowly, build muscle & lower body fat
