Month 1 - 8 pounds down!
Just a little bragging this morning. :D I started tracking calories Oct. 1 with the intention of getting back to my pre-pregnancy weight by the time my Daughter was 6 months old (Dec. 10).
After one month I am down 8.2 pounds! Another month like that and I will meet my goal with a little time to spare. It's a slow process so I have to remind myself of what I have accomplished rather than focus on the pounds that still need to come off. |
I am so proud of you! Take the pounds as they come and work to keep them off, soon others will follow. You are doing it!

Kudos to you! That is a hard thing to do when your a new Mom but oh so important to make time for your self to be healthy. Congratulation on your new baby and your weight loss :)
