My plan for today
Breakfast:
Low fat muesli with soy milk
apple
Lunch
organic ham on small multigrain roll
strawberries
Dinner
roast chicken
string beans in garlic and olive oil
Snacks:
almonds
1 cheese stick
1 sugar free cookie
