Default Need Help Staying Motivated Maybe This will Help

If your on facebook look up this page "Fabulous Fifties - A New Beginning: Fitness, Health and Beauty"

It's not so much about being fifty and older it about being healthy. I find it very informational, inspiring & motivating. If you look it up I hope you stop back by and let me know what you think

I don't know the person that started this fb page and best of all she is not trying to sell anything (Like a lot of other health and fitness pages).

Current Weight 166 and struggling (5/19/14)
Goal - 140# lose weight slowly, build muscle & lower body fat
