Hello Everyone
Been reading the post and there is a lot of positive advice here. I am trying to keep a daily food journal. It is sometimes problem, but it's worth while. I find I am consuming to many calories. Will have to be more careful on my food choices. Everyone hang in there and the weight will come off.
