The perfect 10 refers to getting 10 major weight affecting hormones "perfect", hence getting rid of additives of all types. I have been on this for 2 weeks but not totally clean as I am using up non organic frozen foods and still working on getting balances and serving portions right. Is anyone else out there on this diet?
