Give starch the flick
Simple really, eat unprocessed plants and animals. I stopped eating breads, cereal, rice, potato and pasta (replacing pasta with shredded cabbage works beautifully for me).
In the past month since instituting this simple plan I have dropped 3.5 kg or 7.7 lb. I am still eating bacon, eggs, cheese and yoghurt and I am still drinking wine. I drink lots of water and I am just not hungry; my body feels much better generally.
