Give starch the flick
Simple really, eat unprocessed plants and animals. I stopped eating breads, cereal, rice, potato and pasta (replacing pasta with shredded cabbage works beautifully for me).

In the past month since instituting this simple plan I have dropped 3.5 kg or 7.7 lb. I am still eating bacon, eggs, cheese and yoghurt and I am still drinking wine. I drink lots of water and I am just not hungry; my body feels much better generally.

Hi Janet,
I agree, although I am not quite as strict as you are. I find starch begets starch. The more I eat the more I want. Once I really limit my intake, it is amazing (to me at any rate) how quickly the urge goes away:D

I agree, the less starch I eat the less I want..the first 10 days I dropped 4 lbs effortlessly.
