Default Columbus Day Lose 10% Challenge Check-in

Just like last time, we'll use this thread to post our starting point and updates. I like to update once a week, but to each his/her own.

It's nice to keep the list in alpha order, so let's try to do that.

Every time you update, copy the info in the last post and paste it into your new reply, then update your line.

If you want to figure your percentage, take your amount lost and divide it by your starting weight.

The best exercises for weight loss are Fork Putdowns and Table Pushaways.
