I've been using vibro plate as part of my work out. I tend to do press ups and squats on it. I presume it is doing something because I can't do as many on the vibro compared to the floor. I like the idea that if I stand on it between sets then I am still doing something. However, I am not convinced that just standing on it and tensioning your arms on the straps etc it is doing much.
