Even my skinny mini toothpick of a daughter (she's 7 and weighs all of 43 lbs) has a tiny little pooch in this area. She's built like Mowgli from The Jungle Book, nothing but arms and legs
So I figure nothing short of liposuction is going to get rid of it completely, and that just ain't worth it. That's her artwork in my avatar : )
