Homemade protein shake:
1 c soy milk
6 strawberries
1 t vanilla extract
1/3 c soy protein powder
1/2 pack stevia
4 ice cubes

I've seen the flavored almond packs. So they are good? I buy the plain ones. You guys are so good, making your own stuff!
