Hello! I saw this website and thought it looks like a good one to keep track of everything in my goal to lose weight and get healthy. I am a married mom of three kids-7,4, and 1. I have 20 pounds to lose after having my last baby. My goal is by June. I have always struggled with my weight and was at my lowest weight right before I found out I was pregnant. I am a very emotional eater, too, and sometimes don't even realize I am eating certain things. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
