first day
Hello! I saw this website and thought it looks like a good one to keep track of everything in my goal to lose weight and get healthy. I am a married mom of three kids-7,4, and 1. I have 20 pounds to lose after having my last baby. My goal is by June. I have always struggled with my weight and was at my lowest weight right before I found out I was pregnant. I am a very emotional eater, too, and sometimes don't even realize I am eating certain things. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome! Sounds like you've set a realistic goal. The forums are quite fun, and you can learn a lot. You may be interested in joining the "7-day motivational" thread in the women's section. We set goals early in the week and then check in daily with our progress. There's a new thread every week, so it doesn't get overwhelming.:)

log everything you put in your mouth, then you'll know everything that you eat when your emotions take over.
