Don't get scared by the sun now, if it's not too intense you can stay out as long as you want unless you're prone to serious sensitivity even when it's not too hot outside. Your body cuts off vit D production from the sun past a certain point, so interestingly you can never overdose on vit D when you're getting it from the sun

My rules:
1) eat real food - more vegetables, moderate meat, moderate fruits, less grains, less sugar, less vegetable oils.
2) exercise - moderate intensity cardio, sprinting, heavy lifting, dedicated stretching and mobility.
3) live - relax, de-stress, meditate.
